银耳冬瓜糖水

银耳性平无毒,既有补脾开胃的功效,又有益气清肠的作用,还可以滋阴润肺。
莲子清心醒脾,补脾止泻,养心安神明目、补中养神,健脾补胃。
这几样东西我发现是在夏天吃都比较好的,所以综合在一块煮了糖水,夏天太热不想吃饭就喝碗糖水吧,不想吃热的可以在冰箱冷藏了吃凉凉的,加入了滋阴润燥的蜂蜜,蜂蜜的营养很容易被人体吸收,另外还含有人体所需要的各种营养物质,同时能产生大量的热量而不含有脂肪,是绝好的滋补品和天然药品。

Steps to make 银耳冬瓜糖水

  • 1.冬瓜去皮后切成大块。
  • 2.银耳提前泡发,然后清洗干净后把后部的蒂去掉撕成小块。
  • 3.莲子提前浸泡半个小时。
  • 4.锅中倒入适量热水把莲子倒入锅中煮半个小时。
  • 5.把撕成小块的银耳倒入锅中继续煮。
  • 6.大火煮开后改小火慢慢炖煮20分钟。
  • 7.加入切块的冬瓜。
  • 8.加入适量冰糖,盖上锅盖继续煮至冬瓜软烂即可。
  • 9.喝之前加入适量蜂蜜。
