    Steps to make 家乡经典——炒干丝

    • 1.豆皮洗洗切丝,晾干。
    • 2.姜切丝。辣椒剪细丝。
    • 3.锅里放油,小火炒姜丝,炒到姜丝干黄,下红辣椒煸炒。放:孜然粉一茶匙,咖喱粉半茶匙,盐一茶匙,搅拌均匀。
    • 4.放入豆皮丝,中大火炒,用筷子不停的夹起摔散,这样不会糊的,动作要快。
    • 5.豆皮丝要翻炒一会,全部均匀上了油后,还要炒一会,变干松。豆皮全部微微黄,并且有熟了的香味,就好了,出锅放点鸡精香油即可。
