Steps to make 松饼

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材,并且精准称重备用。
  • 2.鸡蛋将蛋清与蛋黄分离,分别盛放在两个干净的无油无水的盆里,蛋黄加入酸奶搅拌均匀,低筋面粉过筛到蛋黄液里,用翻拌的手法将其拌至无干粉的状态。
  • 3.蛋清加入白糖打发至出现小尖钩。
  • 4.再分次与蛋黄糊翻拌均匀,拌好的面糊比较稠,这样才能煎出比较厚一些的松饼。
  • 5.煎锅小火,抹一点黄油防粘,将面糊倒入锅里,小火慢煎,大约3、4分钟翻面,至面糊煎熟出锅。
