干拌面皮
最近几天一直报有雨,却始终没下下来,空气潮湿度大,体感闷热没胃口;总想吃点酸酸辣辣的食物,所以就做了这道红油面皮,再配点香肠、生菜和卤蛋,简简单单,却吃着太爽了~~~

  • 卤蛋1个
  • 香肠3片
  • 宽面皮1袋
  • 盐包1袋
  • 醋包1袋
  • 辣油1袋
  • 葱花少许

Steps to make 干拌面皮

  • 1.准备卤蛋、香肠、生菜和红油面皮;卤蛋和香肠是我提前煮好的,当然你也可以换成其它自己喜欢的食材。
  • 2.生菜提前清洗干净,同时把面皮的包装打开,取出面皮、醋包、油包和调料包。
  • 3.锅中烧水,水开后把面皮放进去煮,用中小火煮2分钟左右。
  • 4.把面皮煮软,煮成像这样的透明状态就可以了。
  • 5.把面皮捞出来,过遍凉水面皮会更加筋道;然后放入调料包。
  • 6.再倒入醋包。
  • 7.再根据个人吃辣程度,淋入适量的香辣红油,不一定要全部放完哦;这个红油四川味道的,又香又辣又辣;像是我吃辣不太厉害,只放了半包就觉得很辣了。
  • 8.用筷子翻拌均匀,装入碗中。
  • 9.这时把之前洗净的生菜,放进刚刚煮面皮的热水汆烫一下,烫至断生变色就捞出。
  • 10.和卤蛋、香肠一起放在面皮上面,最后撒上葱花点缀提香。
  • 11.有菜有肉还有蛋的红油面皮就做好了,爽滑筋道,酸辣过瘾,一盘秒光。
