Steps to make 荞面鱼鱼

  • 1.大肉切片,再切丝,葱姜蒜备用。
  • 2.青红椒、黄豆芽洗净改刀。
  • 3.炒锅放油烧热,放肉丝炒干水分。
  • 4.放葱姜蒜、五香粉、生抽,炒出香味。
  • 5.放青红椒、黄豆芽翻炒片刻。
  • 6.放适量番茄酱翻炒。
  • 7.放盐调味,加入适量开水。
  • 8.荞面、白面掺在一起,用开水烫面,和成光滑的面条。无须醒面,搓成两头尖的小鱼形状。
  • 9.另起锅烧水,下入搓好的面鱼。
  • 10.待面鱼煮熟,放入油菜。
  • 11.将煮好的面鱼捞入菜锅中,放少许味道,翻炒片刻,入味即可。
  • 12.成品。
