奶黄馅
去年的时候做过一次奶黄馅,可是口感比较粗糙,不是很满意,今年重新找了个方子,而且做的时候每一步都小心翼翼的,结果还是很满意的。最起码比起前那个方子好多了!

  • 奶粉20g
  • 吉士粉20g
  • 牛奶85g
  • 澄粉35g
  • 黄油35g
  • 细砂糖50g

Steps to make 奶黄馅

  • 1.将所有的粉类称好放在一个碗里!
  • 2.黄油软化好了之后,用打蛋器搅匀,然后加入细砂糖再次搅拌均匀!
  • 3.接着分3次加入鸡蛋液里面,每一次搅匀了再加下一次的!
  • 4.然后加入牛奶里面,搅匀
  • 5.用筛网筛入所有的粉类到盆里
  • 6.搅拌均匀
  • 7.蒸锅里面放水烧热后,把奶黄糊糊放上面隔水蒸,中间不断的用打蛋器搅拌!
  • 8.搅拌到熟了,成了很多小团就可以关火了.
  • 9.最后拿出蒸锅,拌成团就可以了!
