砂剁椒鱼块蒸豆腐
非常简单的菜,因为剁椒鱼块是提前做好的,大家也可以直接用买来的剁椒放在豆腐上面蒸;豆腐是没味的所以要调点汁这样蒸的时候豆腐下面才会吸收入味。
蒸好后最后一步浇热油一定不能省,整道菜的味道都激出来了,非常香!

Steps to make 砂剁椒鱼块蒸豆腐

  • 1.准备好所需要的材料(豆腐提前用凉白开加少许盐泡着,这样豆腐会更紧实)
  • 2.豆腐切块、姜切小片、葱切段备用
  • 3.取一个大盘摆上豆腐(我用的是阳晨派模),空隙处放点生姜
  • 4.把剁椒和鱼块放在豆腐上面,加葱段和姜块去醒,沿着豆腐的边缘倒上调好的汁
  • 5.自动锅里加水、放上蒸架,盘子放蒸架上面,接电启动后选择“清蒸荷香鸡”菜单
  • 6.这个菜单时间是30分钟,这个菜易熟我只蒸了20分,热气腾腾的,豆腐也不老,把里面的姜片的葱段挑起,另外放上新鲜的姜丝和小葱
  • 7.另起锅倒油烧开,趁热浇在姜丝和葱段上面即可
