凉拌黄瓜腐竹

  • 小米辣4个
  • 蒜瓣5瓣
  • 生抽5勺
  • 陈醋一勺
  • 辣椒油俩勺
  • 香油一丢丢(不要太多)
  • 一丢丢
  • 3颗

Steps to make 凉拌黄瓜腐竹

  • 1.将蒜瓣切末,辣椒切丁。
  • 2.黄瓜切俩半,用刀背拍碎,切段。
  • 3.腐竹提前泡发好,剪成小段,放入锅里烧开的水中焯一分钟后捞起,放在风扇前面吹凉。
  • 4.黄瓜,腐竹,辣椒和蒜末全部放入大盆里。
  • 5.加入辣椒油,生抽,陈醋以及其他调料(有香菜的可以放点香菜)
  • 6.拌匀即可。
