Steps to make 捞汁海虾

  • 1.柠檬切片,洋葱切丝,小米辣、香菜切小段,蒜瓣去皮切碎,生姜切片备用。
  • 2.将洋葱,香菜,辣椒,蒜末放入碗中,加入盐,生抽,蚝油,陈醋。
  • 3.倒入适量凉开水搅拌均匀备用。
  • 4.虾去头,开背,去虾线,锅中加水,放入姜片煮开,然后将虾煮熟捞起。
  • 5.煮好的虾过凉水去壳,加入柠檬片。
  • 6.倒入料汁,入冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 7.捞汁海虾就完成了。
