炸花生米一空气炸锅版
有时候厨房小家电还真是不错的美食小帮手,每每以快捷、方便、省时又省力倍受青睐,比如这空气炸锅不但具备这些优点关健还很省油,利用其原理逼出食材原有的油份,营养又健康一点也不失口感,这不!只用了十分钟一份金灿灿的炸花生米便出炉了!

Steps to make 炸花生米一空气炸锅版

  • 1.成品图
  • 2.花生米洗净沥干水份,用厨房纸擦干;
  • 3.加入一勺植物油拌匀,使花生米表面裹上一层薄薄的油;
  • 4.空气炸锅180度预热3分钟左右;
  • 5.花生米倒入炸篮中合实炸篮,启动烘烤程序10分钟;
  • 6.每隔三、四分钟取下炸篮摇动均匀,至到花生米稍有裂开颜色变深;
  • 7.炸好花生米倒入容器中,趁热加入少许盐和几滴白酒搅匀、晾凉后就可以吃了。
