腰果雪花酥
比牛轧糖好吃的网红雪花酥,口感松脆酥软,一口一个,根本就停不下来。

  • 小奇福饼干450克
  • 炒熟花生50克
  • 炒熟腰果50克
  • 蔓越莓干100克
  • 雀巢奶粉80克

Steps to make 腰果雪花酥

  • 1.准备好所需材料。
  • 2.腰果稍微切小一点。
  • 3.不粘锅里放入黄油,中火煮至融化。
  • 4.倒入棉花糖小火不停翻炒至完全化开。
  • 5.加入奶粉,继续不停翻炒至奶粉融化。
  • 6.电磁炉调保温,倒入称量好的花生,腰果,蔓越莓干和小奇福饼干。
  • 7.用刮刀充分拌匀后离火。
  • 8.倒入不粘烤盘中,趁热用刮板按压整理成长方形,再撒上奶粉(分量外)。
  • 9.晾凉后用三能糖刀切成小块,再随意的粘上奶粉。
  • 10.一次吃不完可以装入饼干袋里密封保存。
  • 11.送给亲朋好友也倍有面子。
