桃胶功效与作用
补充营养、美容养颜、补脑益智
桃胶是蔷薇科植物桃或山桃等树皮中分泌出来的树脂,桃胶是桃树自然分泌,或在外力作用下产生伤口而分泌,具有补充营养、美容养颜、补脑益智的功效。
1、​补充营养:人体中的细胞和组织中都含有大量的蛋白质,蛋白质不但是人体中的重要组成成分,还是人体内部多种活动的参与者,蛋白质是人体的生命之源,食用桃胶能为机体补充蛋白质,补充营养。
2、美容养颜:人体皮肤的衰老和自由基有直接关系,皮肤的弹性和胶原蛋白有关,人体内的胶原蛋白不足时,便会出现皮肤的弹性下降、出现皱纹等,桃胶中含有较多的植物胶原蛋白,适量的食用桃胶有助于补充机体的胶原蛋白。
3、补脑益智:桃胶中含有大量的半乳糖,半乳糖是构成脑神经系统中脑苷脂的成分,适当食用桃胶能补充大脑所需的半乳糖,对补脑益智有很大帮助。

Steps to make 牛奶桃胶

  • 1.准备:桃胶8粒一人份足够了,放入保鲜盒里添加纯净水泡发24小时以上,天气热需放冰箱。
  • 2.泡好的桃胶,挑去杂质过几遍清水。
  • 3.放入锅里添加适量的纯净水,冰糖隔水炖一小时(水与食材平面即可,后面还要加牛奶的)。
  • 4.这是炖了一小时的状态。
  • 5.加入牛奶再炖十分钟即可。
  • 6.看看糯糯滑滑的口感,放凉后入冰箱冰镇过又不一样的口感哦。
