酒糟开花馒头
凡事预则立,不预则不立。真是一点儿没错。及早知道烘焙任务,合理安排,还可以瞅个空当来折腾一下酒糟馒头。 酒糟酿造白酒后剩下的下脚料,这玩意儿不是谁家都有的。酒糟可以用来做饲料,想必也可以用来喂人。据说有一种饼叫做酒糟饼,只是不知道此酒糟是否是彼酒糟,也不知道做法。这日灵机一动,决定尝试一下酒糟馒头是个什么感觉。原本是想加酵母进行发酵制作的,可是,酒糟似乎已经比较酸了,再用酵母会不会更酸?再次灵机一动,借鉴了马芬蛋糕的做法,只用泡打粉和小苏打来制造蓬松的口感。再略加点白糖来调节口味。看起来效果还不错。估计也不是一般人愿意吃的货。。。。。
