Steps to make 双色吐司

  • 1.在面包桶内依次加牛奶、全蛋液、盐、糖、高粉;在高粉表面挖个小洞,放入酵母
  • 2.选标准程序--深烧色--重量900克
  • 3.揉至光滑加入黄油
  • 4.按暂停键,取出面团称量,均分成二份;一份加入可可粉,揉匀. (机设暂停时间每次为10分钟)将和好的面团放入面包机内进行基础发酵。因为是双色面团,所以可以采用油纸分隔方法进行发酵
  • 5.基础发酵完成
  • 6.按下暂停键,取出面团;滚圆,松弛15分钟左右。(一次暂停时间不够,可以再按一次.)
  • 7.将面团分别擀成长方形,将可可粉面团放在原色面团上,自上而下紧密卷成圆筒型。小心放入面包桶内,二发
  • 8.二发的状态
