Steps to make 油酥小饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块,室温下软化
  • 2.加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打发至黄油颜色变浅,体积膨松
  • 3.加入蛋黄,继续打发至黄油完全融合
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,拌至无粉末状,成为湿润的面团
  • 5.我用饮料瓶盖做了一个小模具,圆形的,用手指弯成心型,厚度5mm
  • 6.面团分成8g左右一个,填满模具,按平,心型就成了
  • 7.一个个把心型做好,摆在铺了油纸的烤盘上,每块饼干间留出足够距离,烤箱预热180度,烤20分钟,饼干两面金黄色即可.
