过桥豆腐
吃过一次鲜蛋、咸蛋、皮蛋蒸的过桥豆腐,挺有意思的,今天改版用了孩子爱吃的蛋蒸肉和我爱吃的咸蛋,好吃好看又营养,做到了!

  • 猪肉沫100克
  • 鲜鸡蛋1个
  • 双黄咸鸭蛋1个
  • 1棵
  • 1汤匙
  • 3茶匙

Steps to make 过桥豆腐

  • 1.原材料
  • 2.肉沫放油、少许盐、少许料酒和淀粉拌匀,用浓盐水泡豆腐可以去豆腥,还能自然入少许咸味
  • 3.用手均匀把肉沫分布于盘底
  • 4.盐水中直接取出豆腐切厚片,在中间摆成桥的样子
  • 5.一边先打入鲜鸡蛋
  • 6.另一边打入咸鸭蛋,用一部分咸鸭蛋清浇于豆腐和鲜蛋上,就不需要另外放盐了。然后大火蒸15分钟出锅。
  • 7.撒上葱花,有没有“一湖春色”关不住的感觉,哈哈哈…
