  • 高筋面粉140克
  • 清水70克
  • 细砂糖20克
  • 无盐黄油15克
  • 鸡蛋液10克
  • 1/4小勺
  • 干酵母1小勺
  • 奶粉1小勺
  • 猪瘦肉馅300克
  • 黄油30克
  • 鸡蛋30克
  • 洋葱20克
  • 2瓣
  • 普通面粉15克
  • 料酒1小勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1/2小勺
  • 1/2小勺
  • 辣椒粉1/2小勺

Steps to make 芝士肉排堡

  • 1.将除黄油外的所有材料依照先液体后粉末的顺序倒入面包桶,放进面包机中,启动面包机的和面程序30分钟,在和面程序结束前的10分钟,也就是已经和面20分钟时加入黄油,直至和面结束,然后开启发酵程序90分钟,发酵成原面团的2倍大;
  • 2.取出发酵好的面团,按压排气,分割成6个大小相等的面团,揉圆,用拧干水份的湿毛巾覆盖在面团上,中间发酵15分钟;
  • 3.取一个小面团,再次按压排气;

  • 5.将发酵好的面包从烤箱中取出,在表面轻轻的刷上一层蛋液,再撒上白芝麻,放进175度预热好的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤制12分钟左右;
  • 6.烤好的面包坯;
  • 7.将黄油融化,倒入肉馅;
  • 8.加入打散的鸡蛋、面粉、料酒,顺同一方向用力搅拌;
  • 9.再加入洋葱碎、蒜蓉、黑胡椒粉、盐、辣椒粉搅拌均匀;
  • 10.取适量搅好的肉馅,用手拍成厚约1厘米的圆形肉饼,放在垫有烤盘纸的烤网上,放进越热好的200度的烤箱,中层,上下火,烤制约20分钟,中途12分钟的时候翻个面;
  • 11.将面包坯横切成两片,在底部放上洗净的生菜;
  • 12.放一片芝士片,再放上一个肉排;
  • 13.盖上另半片面包坯;
  • 14.芝士肉排堡就做好了;
