双色纹理面包
面包的品种繁多,做法各异,口味也各不相同。今天用面包粉与紫薯泥做一款双色纹理面包,切面层层叠叠,白紫之间层次分明,口感柔软、美观漂亮!

Steps to make 双色纹理面包

  • 1.各种粉类先混合均匀。
  • 2.再加入鸡蛋、牛奶搅拌机和面。
  • 3.和成团后再加入黄油继续搅拌和面。
  • 4.面团已和好,盖上盖子,放温暖处发酵。
  • 5.发酵好的面团。
  • 6.将面团揉匀擀开,放上准备好的紫薯片(烀熟捻泥再过细筛)。
  • 7.将制作好的紫薯馅擀成大小均匀的片状。
  • 8.将包好的紫薯泥捏好三条边。
  • 9.再擀成长方型状。
  • 10.折三折。
  • 11.折三个三折,这是第三次折叠。
  • 12.稍稍擀长,从中间切开。
  • 13.将面包坯装入吐司盒中,二次发酵好。
  • 14.烤箱预熬10分钟,上火180度,下火170度,烤28至30分钟。
  • 15.双色叠加面包出炉切片,口感柔软香甜,白色与紫色相间,切面层次分明,图案美观漂亮!
