  • 冰糖一块

Steps to make 水果朗姆酒花茶果冻

  • 1.各种材料备用。
  • 2.吉利丁片用水泡软。
  • 3.把花茶和冰糖放到碗里。
  • 4.倒上开水,泡2分钟,冰糖溶化。
  • 5.用箅子过滤。
  • 6.把泡软的吉利丁片放入,吉利丁片溶化,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.用勺子舀到容器中。
  • 8.放上一朵新鲜的茉莉花。
  • 9.放到冰箱里冷藏3--4个小时即可。
  • 10.好了,酸酸甜甜带着茉莉花的淡淡香气。。。。
