Steps to make 番茄龙利鱼丸饭

  • 1.将食材准备好,洗净;胡萝卜切碎末;
  • 2.这是所需的调料;
  • 3.番茄切碎;洋葱切丁;胡萝卜切碎末;龙利鱼剁成鱼泥;准备2片生姜切片;
  • 4.鱼泥里放少许盐;
  • 5.放入黑胡椒碎;
  • 6.放入料酒;
  • 7.放入香油;
  • 8.放入蛋清;
  • 9.放入面包屑;
  • 10.放入胡萝卜碎;
  • 11.放入少许洋葱碎和姜末,用筷子朝一个分方向搅打上劲儿;
  • 12.手上沾点水将鱼肉滚成小丸子;
  • 13.小锅里放入烧开后放入鱼丸;煮至变色后捞出备用;
  • 14.炒锅置火上,锅热后放入适量黄油后放入少许的洋葱碎(炝锅用的);
  • 15.放入番茄炸炒一会儿后放入番茄酱;
  • 16.随后放入洋葱丁炒至微软后放入适量清水,随后放入煮好的鱼丸,大火,见汁收的差不多时放入少许盐,糖调味。(后面没有拍)
