奶酪焗虾

    这款奶酪焗虾我运用了总统安文达切丝奶酪和总统脱盐黄油块,是一道营养丰富,奶香味十足的家常西餐。

Steps to make 奶酪焗虾

  • 1.准备好所以食材。
  • 2.土豆洗净去皮,切成大片。
  • 3.入蒸锅,蒸至土豆软糯。
  • 4.趁热加入黄油 盐 黑胡椒搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入牛奶搅拌均匀,用勺子碾成糊状成土豆泥。
  • 6.将虾洗净去掉须脚、虾剑。
  • 7.用刀从虾的背部将虾肉切开,取出虾线。
  • 8.逐个放入铺好锡纸的烤盘中。
  • 9.在虾肉上撒少许盐,腌制10分钟。
  • 10.将拌好的土豆泥填在虾背上。
  • 11.在土豆泥上撒上总统安文达切丝奶酪。
  • 12.烤箱预热200度、中层、烘烤10分钟即可。
