  • 精盐4-5勺
  • 白醋4勺

Steps to make 辣白菜

  • 1.先把白菜去根,掰叶清洗干净,将白菜拍几下从中间切开,切斜刀。
  • 2.切好之后放入盆中,撒入4到5勺精盐,拌匀后腌制5—6个小时。
  • 3.准备好姜蒜,姜拍下切末,蒜拍碎切末备用。
  • 4.苹果和梨洗净去皮待用,将苹果,梨擦丝。
  • 5.倒入半碗辣椒碎和辣椒粉,加三大勺白糖,四勺白醋。
  • 6.放入蒜末姜末拌匀。
  • 7.把腌制好的白菜用清水清洗干净,挤干水份。
  • 8.放入调制好的浆料中搅拌均匀,搅拌均匀后在腌制12小时就可以开吃了。
