田七木耳汤
田七苗清热解毒,养肝清脂,还活血化瘀,促进血液循环和新陈代谢,是不可多得的健康养生食材。而且吃法也多样,凉拌,清炒,做汤等等,怎么做都可以。今天我是用它搭配黑木耳来做汤,利用田七活血的功效,搭配可以补血的黑木耳,让食材的营养价值得以充分的利用。

Steps to make 田七木耳汤

  • 1.田七苗清洗干净,黑木耳提前水发好,西红柿切片,姜切末,黑木耳撕成小片
  • 2.锅中放少许的油,炒香姜末后下入西红柿翻炒
  • 3.西红柿出红油后放入黑木耳炒一下
  • 4.加入一碗高汤,没有的话可以直接放开水
  • 5.加盐和胡椒粉。放少量的生抽提鲜,水开后煮1--2分钟。
  • 6.最后下入田七苗,
  • 7.待田七苗变色即关火,淋上几滴香油。如果喜欢酸汤的,可以点上一点醋。
