大阪烧
大阪烧,是一种日式蔬菜煎饼,为日本关西的一种民间美食,也是大阪饮食文化的一部分,面食文化的代表。由于外观的关系,也有人称大阪烧为“日本式比萨饼”。
相较于其他日本料理,大阪烧售价算是便宜的,所以大阪烧又称为“一钱洋食”,就是一钱就可以吃到的洋味食品。

  • 鸡蛋1个

  • 培根2片

Steps to make 大阪烧

  • 1.鸡蛋、面粉、盐、水混合
  • 2.搅拌至无颗粒
  • 3.甘蓝切丝、葱切末
  • 4.将切好的甘蓝和葱倒入面糊中搅拌均匀
  • 5.锅中倒入适量油,放入拌好的面糊整形
  • 6.基本定型后放上切成片的培根
  • 7.把贴了培根的一面翻过去,在煎2分钟左右就基本熟了(如果无法确定是否熟了,可以拿牙签扎一下饼胚,牙签上没有附着面浆就代表熟了)
  • 8.将煎熟的饼胚培根面朝上放到盘中,表面刷上照烧酱
  • 9.再挤上沙拉酱
  • 10.表面撒上木鱼花和葱花装饰即可
