Steps to make 玫瑰奶油蛋糕

  • 1.准备好所有原料。
  • 2.蛋黄加入20克的糖 油 牛奶。搅拌均匀
  • 3. 筛入粉类。
  • 4.切拌均匀无颗粒。
  • 5. 在蛋清里加入几滴柠檬汁。20克糖分3次加入。打发至干性发泡。
  • 6.打好的蛋白分3次切拌到蛋黄糊中。
  • 7. 切拌均匀成蛋糕糊。
  • 8.将蛋糕糊倒入模具中,磕去气泡。
  • 9.入烤箱 160° 30分钟。出炉后 倒扣晾凉。
  • 10.淡奶油加入糖粉打发至有明显的纹路。
  • 11.黄桃沥干水分后切除小块。
  • 12.将蛋糕从中间平均分成3片。
  • 13. 取一片蛋糕片放在裱花台上,然后抹上一层奶油。在加上黄桃粒。
  • 14. 蛋糕体上用奶油将四周抹平。
  • 15. 剩下的奶油加上一滴粉色色素搅打成粉色奶油。
  • 16.装入带有无齿裱花嘴的裱花袋中。
  • 17.从蛋糕底部均匀的挤上小花。 全部完成后用银豆装饰即可。
