圣诞节快到了,自己在家做一个烤鸡很有圣诞的气氛有木有!开瓶酒,再来点沙拉,全家人坐在一起分享一只好吃的烤鸡,其乐融融。

Steps to make 皮酥肉嫩的圣诞烤鸡

  • 1.提前把所有材料准备好
  • 2.买鸡的时候让老板帮你弄整鸡,就是去头去尾不开肚子,内脏掏干净,然后洗干净的鸡,让它立在盆里控水
  • 3.鸡用牙签把全身都戳一些洞,把盐还有黑胡椒从肚子里面开始均匀涂抹,抹好肚子再抹外面.每个地方都要抹到,冷藏腌制两个钟以上
  • 4.腌好以后把调料2混合好,从肚子里面开始抹,抹好里面抹外面,3小时以上,喜欢吃辣的可以再放些辣椒粉
  • 5.把调料4里的洋葱加其它蔬菜(随意),用黄油在锅里炒一下,做个炒饭的放进肚子里面(不要加蛋),可以加盐和酱油调一下味道
  • 6.把炒好的饭装进鸡肚子里面,塞满,然后塞个橙子堵住后面,用牙签固定好
  • 7.烤前把腿和翅膀用绳子固定绑住,鸡翅和腿根包锡纸,再挤上柠檬汁
  • 8.先把鸡放在烤网上,下面垫个烤盘接汁,上面盖锡纸,放入预热好的烤箱,上下火220度,烘烤半小时
  • 9.调料3放一个小碗,放在烤箱上面,半小时后,调料会融化,然后搅拌均匀(可以全程放烤箱上,烤箱温度会让它不凝固)
  • 10.烤盘垫锡纸,把土豆红萝卜之类的配料切块放在烤盘里,刷一层橄榄油
  • 11.鸡烤了半小时后取出来刷一层蜂蜜水,然后再放到放好配菜的烤盘上,烤箱转上下火200度,烘烤1小时
  • 12.出炉后可以撒一些芝麻和孜然粒,即可食用了
