孩子们说想吃烤肉,我就立即买了一大堆的酷克壹佰的烤肉料,今天就用孜然烤肉料,来给他们烤羊肉串。超市买了品牌羊肉,自己做,不用担心吃到假羊肉,而且这个料我家一直用,味道很好,各种调味料的搭配和合理,孩子们都爱吃

Steps to make 孜然羊肉串

  • 1.羊肉去掉筋膜,切成小块。配方中肉的量是切好的肉丁的量
  • 2.把肉丁放入盆里,倒入25克的孜然烤肉料
  • 3.用手抓拌,让调味料充分吸收到肉中,过干的话可以加一点点水一起抓。感觉有那种黏黏的手感,就可以了。然后保鲜膜覆盖,冰箱冷藏腌制3小时以上,我是腌了半天,中午腌的,晚上烤的
  • 4.腌制好的肉丁
  • 5.用竹签串成串
  • 6.把剩余的5克料加入食用油和少许的水淀粉放入碗里调成料汁,也可以直接放干淀粉,再加入一点点的水。
  • 7.把调好的料汁刷在肉串表面
  • 8.电饼铛预热后选中火,放在烤肉档,薄薄的刷一层油,放入羊肉串盖上电饼铛
  • 9.我的电饼铛烤肉档时间默认是7分钟,烤2分半的时候翻面,再烤2分钟即可。不用烤7分钟的。烤好的肉串好香,肉质也很嫩的哦
