浇汁鲍鱼
这个时节,海鲜开始便宜起来。

市场上出售的中等个头的鲍鱼3元一只,

早上去,刚到的鲜鲍个头还比较大,仔细的挑了几只,回来加工下。

相对应解密舌尖之红烧鲍鱼篇,

我选择了比较简单的做法,

只做了一个浇汁,就食其自然鲜美滋味。

    Steps to make 浇汁鲍鱼

    • 1.新鲜鲍鱼取出鲍肉后去掉内脏,
    • 2.边裙清洗干净。
    • 3.在鲍肉上打花刀,上锅蒸3--5分钟。
    • 4.鲜鲍汁适量,加清水与白糖调匀,
    • 5.锅中加入少许油,炒香蒜米(蒜米要尽量碎一点)将调好的鲜鲍汁倒入锅中煮沸,调好味道,水淀粉勾芡至合适的浓度后即可。蒸好的鲍鱼摆盘,淋上做好的浇汁就可以啦。
