【紫薯巧克力汤圆】——美味与健康兼得
时间过得好快,不知不觉这年就已经过到尾声了,过了正月十五,这年也就算是过完了吧。。。

正月十五元宵节,南方吃汤圆,北方吃元宵;东西差不多,但是口感上却有很大的差别。而我呢,虽然是地地道道的北方人,可却打小儿就不喜欢吃元宵,不爱那个口感;后来南方的汤圆传到了北方,我就直接舍弃了元宵而直奔汤圆的怀抱了~~

去年也做了汤圆,但是做好冷冻后却会裂开,今年换了方法,怎么冻都没有再裂开~而且汤圆皮还加入了近来比较流行的健康食材紫薯,美味的同时我们也要健康不是么~~

材料:

皮儿:糯米粉200g,紫薯泥50g,热水170g

馅儿:巧克力屑75g,黄油25g

Steps to make 【紫薯巧克力汤圆】——美味与健康兼得

  • 1.适量紫薯洗净去皮后切片蒸熟
  • 2.晾凉后放入袋子中压成泥
  • 3.过筛后备用
  • 4.黑巧克力擦成屑
  • 5.黄油隔水融化成液态
  • 6.将黄油倒入巧克力屑中
  • 7.拌匀
  • 8.搓成3g/个的小球,备用
  • 9.取120g糯米粉
  • 10.倒入100g热水, 迅速揉成团,放入保鲜袋中备用
  • 11.. 取剩余的80g糯米粉和50g紫薯泥一起放入小盆中
  • 12.慢慢揉搓均匀
  • 13.倒入70g热水,揉成紫薯面团
  • 14.白面团和紫薯面团各取一部分搓成条后再拧到一起,搓匀
  • 15.将面团分成约10g/个的小剂子,搓圆
  • 16.取一个剂子,在中间按出一个凹坑儿
  • 17.放入巧克力馅儿
  • 18.慢慢收口
  • 19.搓圆,汤圆就包好了
  • 20.依次包好所需数量的汤圆
  • 21.锅内水烧开后放入汤圆,待汤圆煮至浮起即可捞出食用
