Avocado sushi
Spring is here, and the flowers on the balcony are about to bloom. Due to the special season this year, I can only enjoy flowers on my own balcony. I made this avocado sushi, which is delicious and beautiful. (I used to make good sushi and take it out for spring outings) It has a touch of spring flavor and I really like it.

Steps to make Avocado sushi

  • 1. Preparation.
  • Add an appropriate amount of salt and sushi vinegar to the rice and mix well.
  • 3. Cut avocado and ham sausage into long strips.
  • 4. Take a piece of seaweed and spread ham sausage, avocado, and meat floss on top.
  • 5. Roll it up.
  • 6. Three rolls.
  • 7. Then take another piece of seaweed and spread it over rice.
  • 8. Place two rolls of wrapped sushi at one-third of the area, and then place meat floss in the middle.
  • 9. Arrange the last wrapped sushi roll.
  • 10. Roll it up, tighten it a bit, and then cut it into sections with a knife dipped in water.
  • 11. Delicious and beautiful avocado sushi is ready, enjoy it now.
