Spring is here, and the flowers on the balcony are about to bloom. Due to the special season this year, I can only enjoy flowers on my own balcony. I made this avocado sushi, which is delicious and beautiful. (I used to make good sushi and take it out for spring outings) It has a touch of spring flavor and I really like it.

- 5. Roll it up.
- 6. Three rolls.

- 8. Place two rolls of wrapped sushi at one-third of the area, and then place meat floss in the middle.
- 9. Arrange the last wrapped sushi roll.
- 10. Roll it up, tighten it a bit, and then cut it into sections with a knife dipped in water.
