只能叫龙眼糖水了。。。
一堆龙眼正在以无法预料的速度走向衰败。阻止此一趋势的方法有两个:一,把它们都装进肚子;二,改变它们的存在形式,让它们能够保存较长时间。第一种方式最为理想,但几个有限的肚子无法一次性容纳它们的全部。退而求其次。脑子里迅速闪过什么什么膏。需要其他材料参与的方法统统过滤掉,因为那些材料不存在。只有一种做法最简单,龙眼肉+糖,蒸。
做法很简单,做起来却很费工费时。龙眼一颗颗剥掉外壳,再一颗颗去核,只取晶莹透亮的肉。一堆龙眼,在时间的流淌中,终于卸掉所有的附着物。忘记了该用多少糖,按照果酱的配比,不管三七二十一,先撒上近一斤。后来才发现,这个用量大大超出原做法的数量。多就多吧,反正有那不怕甜的。最重要的是,糖多,易保存。。。
只好叫龙眼糖水了。。。。

  • 4.将糖铺满表面
  • 5.封上保鲜膜,放入蒸屉

  • 7.放入沸水锅中,蒸40-60分钟
  • 8.出锅
  • 9.盛出食用
