Steps to make 雪梨银耳甜汤

  • 1.雪梨去皮切小块,银耳泡发洗净撕小朵备用
  • 2.所有食材放入炖盅(我的炖盅是0.9L)
  • 3.倒入矿泉水9分满,放入冰糖一起
  • 4.把炖盅放入炖煲
  • 5.隔水炖3小时
  • 6.时间结束后,取出炖盅晾凉,放入冰箱冷藏半天
  • 7.甜汤冰冰凉凉,而且银耳的胶质也炖出来了,快哉!
