Steps to make 花朵饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化,打发。
  • 2.白砂糖加入牛奶混合均匀。
  • 3.分次将牛奶糖溶液搅打进黄油中。
  • 4.蛋液充分搅打进黄油中。
  • 5.将黄油平均分成两部分,分别筛入低粉。
  • 6.其中的一份加入红丝绒精华,成团后放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。
  • 7.冷藏后擀成3mm后的薄片,用切模压出花型,中间圆形花心用裱花嘴就可以。
  • 8.将花心交替摆放。
  • 9.烤箱165度,烘烤10到12分钟。
