玫瑰糖水芋艿
桂花糖芋苗是南京的一道著名传统甜点,和"桂花蜜汁藕、梅花糕、赤豆酒酿小圆子”一同被誉为金陵南京四大最有人情味街头小食。
我们这里管芋苗叫芋艿,芋艿为碱性食品,能中和体内积存的酸性物质,调整人体的酸碱平衡,产生美容养颜、乌黑头发的作用,还可用来防治胃酸过多症。
从妹夫老家拿来的,我顺了点回家!就是家里没有桂花酱,但是有自制的玫瑰花酱,于是就试了试!口感润滑爽口、香甜酥软,汤汁呈酱红色鲜亮诱人,散发着浓郁的玫瑰香,也是很不错的!

Steps to make 玫瑰糖水芋艿

  • 1.乡下拿来的芋艿,用水彻底清洗,要好多遍才洗干净的
  • 2.放入蒸笼里蒸25分钟左右
  • 3.这是蒸好的,等它凉到不烫手
  • 4.把芋艿皮挨个剥掉
  • 5.取一小锅加入适量清水后加入老红糖,我的是块状的
  • 6.等红糖全部化开后,把芋艿放入煮开
  • 7.我还加了点做广式月饼剩的枧水,应该和碱水一样的功效
  • 8.转小火慢炖20分钟后,加入一大勺玫瑰酱
  • 9.玫瑰糖水芋艿完成
