  • 六月鲜柠檬蒸鱼酱油2大勺
  • 白糖1中勺

Steps to make 柠檬泡椒凤爪

  • 1.准备食材,家里小葱刚好缺货,建议要准备好。凤爪买的时候让卖家剪去指甲,剁好。
  • 2.凤爪冷水下锅,加入花椒1中勺,八角桂皮各1块,几片生姜,味达美臻品料酒1大勺,小葱1根。
  • 3.水开后,撇去浮沫,继续煮10分钟。
  • 4.凤爪煮好后,冲洗干净,立马放入冰水中浸泡半小时以上。小米辣、青椒、生姜大蒜、泡椒,一起剁成末,柠檬切片,把柠檬籽去掉。
  • 5.准备料汁:大碗中加入柠檬片、白糖、生姜大蒜辣椒末,味达美臻品蚝油2大勺。
  • 6.味达美臻品特级生抽2大勺。
  • 7.六月鲜柠檬蒸鱼酱油2大勺。
  • 8.加入泡椒里的水。
  • 9.料汁搅拌均匀,加入冰好的凤爪,抓拌均匀即可。
  • 10.冷藏2小时左右即可享用美味。
