    • 1.做三色大花卷还剩下一些面团,刚好用来烤香豆馍馍。(面团发的要稍软些)
    • 2.香豆粉适量,加一点面粉,葱油拌成香豆油酥。
    • 3.姜黄粉,加一点面粉,用葱香料油拌成稀姜黄油酥。
    • 4.取适量面团,排气揉圆。(我分成了两次做)。
    • 5.擀成一个薄薄的面片。
    • 6.撒薄薄一层盐。(喜欢甜口的可撒些白糖。)
    • 7.抺上一层香豆油酥。
    • 8.再薄薄撒上一点面粉。
    • 9.从里向外卷起。
    • 10.收口朝下。
    • 11.切成大小一致的剂子。另一半面同样的步骤。
    • 12.8寸烤盘(活底的)底部倒一点葱料油。
    • 13.刷均匀。
