西湖牛肉羹

Steps to make 西湖牛肉羹

  • 1.所需主材料~牛肉豆腐和鲜香菇。
  • 2.将牛肉洗净剁碎(越碎越好)。
  • 3.豆腐香菇洗净切丁、香菜葱也切碎。
  • 4.牛肉里加入一勺淀粉2勺水拌均匀。
  • 5.拌好的牛肉有点带水状就可以了。
  • 6.上锅加入710克的清水。
  • 7.加入豆腐香菇丁和姜片。
  • 8.盖紧煮开。
  • 9.开盖将牛肉加入,盖紧再煮开(缓慢加入用锅铲划散开牛肉)。
  • 10.煮开后打开锅盖,加入适量胡椒粉和盐。
  • 11.将剩下一勺淀粉兑点水加入勾芡。
  • 12.蛋清用筷子搅散。
  • 13.再将搅散的蛋清朝锅边淋入,用锅铲划散起蛋花,再放入葱花香菜关火。
  • 14.成品~淋入少许芝麻油食用。
