桂花糖露
不是人间种,移从月里来。广寒一点香,吹得满山开。云淡风清,只因申城街头随处飘洒的“桂花香”,将它们轻轻摘下,酿在玻璃罐中,算是对它们最美的念想!

  • 1.桂花摘下,置于盘中
  • 2.用竹片慢慢拨开,去除赃物
  • 3.放入漏框,置于盐水中浸泡5分钟
  • 4.捞出沥干水份
  • 5.放在纸巾上吸干水份,或自然晾干1晚
  • 6.将桂花、糖拌匀,隔水蒸15分钟
  • 7.趁热倒入玻璃瓶中,等凉透淋上蜂蜜,盖盖密封,放在冰箱中大约可保存2-3个月
