  • 3.水开黄豆芽放入锅中焯5分钟至熟捞出做菜码。
  • 4.锅中水开焯一下茭白丁捞出。
  • 5.水开苋菜放入锅中焯一下捞出,挤出菜汁。
  • 6.锅中倒油煸炒花生至金黄捞出。
  • 7.锅中留底油煸炒肉丁变色,放入葱姜。
  • 8.放入茭白丁加入葱伴侣豆瓣酱、水和白糖小火烧10分钟。
  • 9.关火,倒入花生翻炒均匀即可。
  • 10.苋菜汁慢慢倒入面粉中不停揉搓。
  • 11.揉搓成“三光”面团饧20分钟左右。
  • 12.面团取出后擀成薄片。
  • 13.刀切成细面条,抖散待用。
  • 14.锅中水烧沸,放入面条搅散后煮至断生,捞出盛在碗内。
  • 15.面上放入菜码及炸酱即可。
