自制Q弹软糯的水果糯米糍

  • 1.材料全部称量好。
  • 2.糯米粉加入淀粉,糖,牛奶搅拌均匀。
  • 3.搅拌成如图这种细腻的面糊。
  • 4.倒入干净的容器里。
  • 5.盖上保鲜膜扎几个小孔。
  • 6.水开上锅中大火蒸20分钟。
  • 7.出锅趁热拌入黄油,揉成光滑的糯米面团。
  • 8.面团分成8个小糯米团,具体根据包入水果的大小。
  • 9.用手压扁或者擀面杖擀开。
  • 10.包入喜欢的水果。
  • 11.裹上椰蓉,没椰蓉也可以直接裹点熟糯米粉更简单。
  • 12.口感软糯的水果糯米糍就完成了。
