日式炸猪扒的做法

  • 1.先把所有材料准备好
  • 2.猪肉切成1.2cm厚度的片,然后用刀在上面竖着划几刀
  • 3.用刀背在上面敲几下,把肉敲松
  • 4.然后把调料放在猪肉里腌半个钟以上
  • 5.腌好的猪肉裹一层面粉
  • 6.再裹一层全蛋液
  • 7.再裹一层面包糠
  • 8.在不沾烤盘上摆好
  • 9.放入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火200度,烘烤20分钟
  • 10.出炉即可食用,搭配酱料,美味极了
