原味苏打饼干

  • 中筋面粉100g
  • 小苏打1.5g
  • 干酵母4g
  • 奶粉6g
  • 1g
  • 60g
  • 黄油20g
  • 中筋面粉20g
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 1.5g
  • 黄油15g

Steps to make 原味苏打饼干

  • 1.准备好所有材料,工具:擀面杖、PVC手套、电子秤。烤箱预热上下火170°。
  • 2.将水油皮的所有材料放入一个盘中,直到揉成光滑表面。
  • 3.放入盘中盖上保鲜膜室温发酵大约1个小时以上,体积扩大至2倍大小。
  • 4.拿出面团,拍打面团将空气排出,揉成圆形,放在操作垫中松弛15分钟左右。
  • 5.准备好油酥的所有材料。
  • 6.混合均匀揉成圆形备用。
  • 7.水油皮擀开成长方形,厚度大约2mm,包入油酥对折,继续擀成长方形2mm,重复做2次,最后一次擀成2mm即可。
  • 8.用小刀切成正方形或者长方形,放入烤盘铺一层保鲜膜发酵至2倍的厚度,放入预热好的烤箱170°上下火烤15分钟,金黄色即可。
