巧克力豆饼干

Steps to make 巧克力豆饼干

  • 1.黄油切小块软化
  • 2.用打蛋器稍微打发
  • 3.加入适量细砂糖继续打发均匀。
  • 4.鸡蛋打散后分三次左右加入黄油中,每次加入蛋液都搅拌均匀再加下次。
  • 5.打好的黄油很轻盈
  • 6.筛入可可粉和低筋粉混合粉
  • 7.用刮刀翻拌、切拌一下
  • 8.手带一次性手套,将面粉稍微揉拢成团即可,不要过度揉捏。
  • 9.准备巧克力豆
  • 10.取一小团面,稍微捏圆
  • 11.当在铺了油纸的烤盘上,稍微压扁
  • 12.在表面嵌上适量巧克力豆即可。
  • 13.做好所有饼干,进入烤箱中层,上下火180度烘烤10分钟左右即可
  • 14.出炉后晾凉至巧克力豆凝固,饼干冷却后密封保存。
