花生酥饼干
这款花生酥是老妈喜欢吃的,做法也很简单,原方子里用的是花生粉,我用的是花生碎,吃起来要化用花生粉的口感好,也是唯一不用放黄油的点心

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 花生碎50克
  • 色拉油40克
  • 白糖50克
  • 泡打粉3克
  • 小苏打1克

Steps to make 花生酥饼干

  • 1.把花生烤熟去皮放入食品袋,用刀拍碎
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入盆里加入色拉油搅拌均匀,
  • 3.把剩下的所有材料放入盆里
  • 4.和成面团,盖上保鲜膜,放十分钟左右
  • 5.取一下快面团,大约10克左右,揉成团用手压扁,拜入烤盘,
  • 6.烤箱预热180度烤20分钟,表面金黄即可
