健脾芝麻糊

黑芝麻100克、糯米50克、山药100克、红枣9粒
配料:
冰糖25克、水适量

Steps to make 健脾芝麻糊

  • 1.糯米洗净,冷水浸泡4小时以上,红枣去核。
  • 2.黑芝麻洗净沥干水,平底锅内不放油,小火将芝麻翻炒至熟(勿炒过,否则黑芝麻发苦)。
  • 3.山药去皮切段。
  • 4.将所有食材放进破壁机中,加入水至1000ML水位线。
  • 5.通电源,选择“豆浆”功能,点按启动键。
  • 6.坚持每天喝芝麻糊,健康又美肤。
