干贝具有滋阴补肾、和胃调中的功效,常食可降血压、降胆固醇。白萝卜滋阴润肺、解毒生津、利便通尿,二者搭配有养生保健作用,可清热去火、滋阴润燥。

Steps to make 干贝蒸萝卜

  • 1.干贝冲洗干净,放入碗中,放适量纯净水、生姜、料酒浸泡两个小时,上笼蒸20分钟备用。
  • 2.白萝卜削皮,切去头尾,切成厚薄均匀的薄片。
  • 3.炒锅上火,加水烧开,放入萝卜片。
  • 4.放少许盐,开锅煮1分钟左右捞出,整齐的码在盘中,将干贝撕裂,摊放在萝卜上,上笼蒸15分钟。
  • 5.将盘中的汤汁慢慢倒入炒锅中,放入泡干贝的水,放少许生抽、蚝油,淋少许水淀粉、香油,浇在蒸好的萝卜干贝上即可。
