芝麻面包棒
孟老师的黑白芝麻面包棒,原本的早餐计划,怎奈近日吃食太多,几乎轮不上它了。无事手痒,还是把它从图片变成实品,放在几上,当做零食算了。
孟老师说,烤熟出炉,则外脆内软;多焖一下,便是整体酥脆。没有太去选择口感,只不过烤到自己喜欢的颜色而已,却成就了整体酥脆的口感。那也无所谓,当饼干吃吧,还耐存放。。。。

  • 细砂糖8克
  • 1/4小勺
  • 50克
  • 干酵母1/8小勺
  • 奶粉10克
  • 黄油8克
  • 蛋白10克
  • 黑芝麻1.5小勺

  • 1.面团料
  • 2.将除黄油外的面团料倒入碗中
  • 3.揉成均匀面团,加入黄油
  • 4.继续揉至拉膜
  • 5.放入碗中,进行基础发酵
  • 6.准备装饰料
  • 7.面团长大
  • 8.擀成厚约0.3厘米的长方形
  • 9.表面刷蛋白
  • 10.将黑白芝麻混合均匀
  • 11.撒在表面上,轻轻压紧
  • 12.切割成宽约1厘米的长条
  • 13.拧成麻花状
  • 14.放入烤盘
  • 15.放入烤箱,中层,上火180度,下火150度,烤约15分钟左右
  • 16.表面金黄,出炉
