日式菌菇饭
把食材备好就可以交给电饭煲来做,很美味又很简单。我还做了味曾汤来配饭。味曾汤也用到鲣鱼薄片,做法会另外写。鲣鱼薄片可能不太容易买到,也叫柴鱼片,在日本是很常用的食材,如果住在上海的话,久光、陆家嘴的city super和八佰伴底层的超市都有卖。

  • 清酒2茶匙
  • 酱油2茶匙

Steps to make 日式菌菇饭

  • 1.先将米淘好,放入电饭锅,加入水,放在一边。
  • 2.将菜洗净,香菇、口蘑切薄片,金针菇去掉根后撕开,香葱切细末。
  • 3.把清酒和酱油倒入电饭锅中,加入一小把鲣鱼薄片,稍稍混匀。
  • 4.将蘑菇均匀的铺在饭上,不一定要浸在水里。
  • 5.打开煮饭功能。饭煮好后倒入香葱末,把蘑菇和饭搅拌均匀,盖上盖子焖5分钟就可以开动了。
