粥的种类太多了,米粥,菜粥,各种面粥。记忆里喝的最多的是棒子面粥,小时候没少喝这货。主要是那时候家里条件不好,棒子面是每天的饮食主力:棒子面窝头、棒子面饼子、棒子面粥。
那时候棒子面粥喝的是够够的,现在想起来都感觉嗓子里剌得慌。不喜欢喝白米粥,感觉喝这玩意像是和尚尼姑的饭食。用肉类,蔬菜来煮米粥应该是很美味的。

其实自家里煮粥可用的食材很多,蔬菜、肉蛋都可以用来煮粥。随心所欲,美味无限!

栗子含有丰富的不饱和脂肪酸和维生素、矿物质,能防治高血压病、冠心病、动脉硬化、骨质疏松等疾病,是抗衰老、延年益寿的滋补佳品。
而且含有丰富的维生素C,能够维持牙齿、骨骼、血管肌肉的正常功用,常食可养胃健脾,补肾强筋,活血止血。

    Steps to make 鸡丝栗子粥

    • 1.栗子用刀在顶部切十字口,栗子煮熟后剥皮。
    • 2.鸡胸肉煮熟后撕成细丝。
    • 3.砂锅里倒入适量粥底倒入栗子,煮开后改小火炖制20分钟。
    • 4.关火,撒入鸡肉丝(少许精盐),搅匀即可。
