鲜美蛋白质——蚝油三丝
一直超喜欢吃面筋,无论是拌在凉皮里、单独入菜、或者是烤面筋都是我喜欢的。
今天上一款比较清淡的的吃法,蚝油三丝。

这几天公婆在家,实在是不好意思让大伙在吃饭前等我拍照忙活,所以,尽管做了许多菜,但是,竟然没有拍出一个来,都上了一些之前不愿意发上来的存货充数。
今天早餐里炒了这个蚝油三丝,就简单地拍了一下。本来是想做成酸辣重口味的,但考虑到老人和孩子占了全家总人口的五分之三,所以,还是得以他们的口味为主,来一个比较清淡的吧。为了突出点味道,我加了一些孜然粉,味道确实有改进。

青红椒我用的是微微有些味道的辣椒,如果按我跟老公的口味的话肯定得换成尖椒,才感觉过瘾。
但是,这几天秋燥挺严重的,忍了,忍了……

Steps to make 鲜美蛋白质——蚝油三丝

  • 1.青红椒、生姜、大葱洗净切丝。
  • 2.面筋撕成丝,或买现成的面筋丝,清洗干净,沥干水分。
  • 3.炒锅放油,烧热后下葱和姜丝炒香。
  • 4.下青红椒翻炒一下。
  • 5.下入面筋丝翻匀。
  • 6.加适量十三香。
  • 7.加适量孜然粉翻炒半分钟。
  • 8.加适量蚝油。
  • 9.加食盐调味,翻炒均匀即可出锅。
